Islamabad: Industry Collective at Pakistan Health Parliament convened a Virtual Roundtable on:

This was not a typical panel. It was an honest exchange where different models of care were questioned, compared, and challenged to find practical ways forward.

Following were the objectives of this virtual roundtable;

 To examine the gap between patient expectations and actual experience in private healthcare
 To identify system-level challenges affecting patient experience beyond clinical care
 To identify the opportunities that exist for hospitals to shift the focus from service delivery to experience design
 To identify the opportunities that exist for leaders in the healthcare sector to provide solutions

Following outcomes were achieved from this roundtable.

 Identification of key gaps in patient experience across private healthcare
 Actionable insights for improving service delivery and trust
 Strengthening collaboration between operations, clinical, and leadership functions
 Positioning the Industry Collective as a platform for solution-oriented healthcare dialogue
